THE DIFFERENCE

Not another tour of AI features.

You will work on your own research, documents, recurring tasks, communication, analysis, or business processes. The goal is to leave with systems that reduce work—not a notebook full of prompts you never use.

We also cover the judgment most AI courses skip: what should be automated, what still needs a human, what data should not be casually uploaded, and how to verify output before trusting it.

FOUR SESSIONS

Understand it. Apply it. Systematize it.

01

MAKE AI ACTUALLY USEFUL

Better inputs. Better judgment. Better output.

Build a practical prompting and briefing framework using goals, context, source material, constraints, output requirements, critique, and iteration. Learn where modern models excel—and where they fail confidently.

02

RESEARCH & INFORMATION

Work with documents instead of drowning in them.

Use AI for PDFs, screenshots, long documents, research, comparisons, structured extraction, summaries, spreadsheets, and source verification. Learn how to create useful context without treating model output as truth.

03

GET HOURS BACK

Turn recurring work into reusable workflows.

Apply AI to email, planning, reports, analysis, customer communication, checklists, templates, and repeatable knowledge work. Bring one annoying process and redesign it into a system you can reuse.

04

FROM CHATBOTS TO SYSTEMS

Know when to automate—and when not to.

See how custom GPTs, multi-file skills, coding agents, n8n, APIs, and agentic workflows can extend what a team can do. We cover permissions, privacy, prompt injection, hallucinations, credentials, human review, and safe implementation.

WHO IT IS FOR

People who already have too much to do.

✓ Professionals who have tried ChatGPT or Claude but still use AI inconsistently.

✓ Small-business owners who need more capacity before adding overhead.

✓ Managers who want practical AI workflows their teams can actually adopt.

✓ Founders who need to research, write, build, sell, and operate with a small team.

✓ Technical professionals who want to move beyond one-off prompts into repeatable systems.

QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to know how to code?

No. The founding Productivity Lab is designed for working professionals and business owners. Coding and developer tools may be demonstrated, but participants do not need programming experience.

What do I need to bring?

Bring a laptop and charger, access to your email for sign-ins or multi-factor authentication, and at least one real work process or recurring task you would like to improve.

Which AI tools will we use?

The course is vendor-independent. Examples may include ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, custom assistants, AI skills, and workflow automation tools such as n8n. The goal is choosing the right approach for the work, not promoting one platform.

Is this a beginner class?

It is accessible to people who are not technical, but it is more applied than a basic introduction to AI. We move quickly from better prompting into documents, repeatable workflows, automation concepts, verification, and security.

When does the first cohort begin?

The founding cohort is planned for the first week of October 2026 in the Albuquerque area, on weekday evenings. Final dates and venue are being confirmed before registration closes.

Can my company send several employees?

Yes. For a larger group, a private team workshop may be more useful because the examples and exercises can be centered on your organization's actual workflows.

FOUNDING COHORT

Bring one process that wastes your time.

We will spend four evenings turning AI from something you occasionally chat with into something that changes how you work.
